It’s away from main road and looks over Kennington park so is nice and quiet. Large Tesco supermarket 5 mins away by foot and a 24 hr convenience store 2 mins away. We're looking for a house mate/s who is/are: Quiet. We are very strict about noise, so no parties and only the occasional visitor. In their 20s or 30s. Very clean, always does their washing up and can stick to a toilet paper / cleaning product buying rota In full time employment. Not a musician (simply for the noise factor).
